The organising committee of the Zytturm Triathlon and the tri team zugerland ask for your understanding for possible obstructions with road closures.
The following information regarding obstructions during the Zytturm Triathlon is addressed to all residents of Zug’s Old Town, Landsgemeindeplatz and the surrounding areas of Vorstadt, Letzi, Choller and Chamer Fussweg.
Road closures
On Saturday, 15 and Sunday, 16 June 2024, the 30th Zytturm Triathlon will take place on the Landsgemeindeplatz in Zug. Schoolchildren, young people, teams, beginners and ambitious triathletes will compete in the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. A total of around 1000 participants are expected and over 250 volunteers are involved. The event is one of the most popular triathlon events in Switzerland. The organising committee would be very pleased if you – along with the authorities, police, sponsors etc. – would also take a positive view of this great commitment. The national event should remain a positive memory for all participants. To achieve this, we also rely on your understanding as a resident of the cycle and/or run course.
