The check-in process for all competitions on Sunday will be adjusted this year. We hope this will reduce stress and disruption for both participants and staff.
The diagram illustrates the process. If someone
- lives in Switzerland
- has paid their entry fees in full
- has purchased a StartPass or a day license
their race materials, excluding the timing chip, will be sent by priority mail approximately 14 days before the event. No changes to the registration will be possible after this time.
This allows participants to prepare their bike, helmet, and bag at home before the event.
All participants who have not yet paid in full or who do not live in Switzerland must go to the festival tent to collect their race materials.
All participants will receive their timing chip, goodie bag, and swim cap directly at check-in in front of the transition area.
